- No, and this is the question to ask every tool in this category. Your 50 prompts each run in full on every one of your 3 chosen platforms, checked daily, so nothing is divided between them. A tool that quietly splits its headline number across platforms is giving you a third of the coverage.
- How do the + and − controls work?
- Pro starts at $49 for 50 prompts on 3 platforms, for one website. Each + adds a published amount: 25 more prompts is $25, a 4th, 5th, or 6th platform is $19 each, and each extra website repeats your whole configuration at the same rate. The price updates as you press, so you always see the total before you commit.
- What exactly is a prompt?
- One tracked query your buyers actually ask, like “best accounting software for small restaurants”. Each prompt is checked daily on your selected platforms and every response is analyzed for your visibility, accuracy, and citations.
- Can't I just ask ChatGPT about my brand myself?
- You can, and you should, once. But one manual check is one prompt, on one platform, from one account, at one moment. Answers vary by platform, day, and phrasing, and they change without notice. Systematic daily sampling across platforms is the difference between an anecdote and a measurement.
- What counts as a website?
- One domain, such as yourbrand.com, covering all its pages. Each subdomain is a separate website, because AI platforms treat shop.yourbrand.com and blog.yourbrand.com as distinct sources with their own visibility.
- Can I add more prompts or platforms to Pro?
- Yes, both are flat add-ons: $25 per month for each extra 25 prompts on your existing platforms, and $19 per month for each core platform beyond your included 3, up to all 6. Claude, Grok, and specific model versions are quoted individually on your volume, or included in Enterprise.
- Is there a trial of Pro?
- You do not need one. Free is the complete audit experience on one website, so you see exactly what the engine finds before paying anything. Pro adds exporting, API, daily monitoring, alerts, and trends on top. Cancel any time; no lock-in.
- Will my bill change month to month?
- No. Your price is set by the configuration you choose and stays flat until you change it. If you hit your allowance, tracking continues on your existing prompts and we ask before changing anything. There is no automatic overage billing, ever.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Committing annually gets you 2 months free (about 17% off monthly). Switch from monthly to annual any time; we prorate what you have already paid.
